I made the pilgrimage to Yosemite National Park. An experience I recommend to any photographer. I was amazed at the number of pictures I was able to get in just 12 hours (I am still going through them). I have a new appreciation for the work of Ansel Adams. It really helps when you live there year-round. The variation of light in only 12 hours was amazing.

This picture was shot from near Glacier Point and was one of the earlier ones from the day. It wasn’t the best lighting but it worked out with the clouds. Punching through the haze required a polarizer and some adjustments were necessary in PhotoShop but I am happy with the result.     Hello– great photo! of Yosemite from Glacier Point. “I made the pilgrimage to Yellowstone National Park.” is probably a transcription error or typo.
